Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian who loves to speak with people about good food and good health. I counsel about Medical Nutrition Therapy for Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes, Weight, Kidneys, Liver, Gastrointestinal, Pediatric, Geriatric, and Adults. I include products and recipes and Healthy Dining Finder.com for eating outside the home as well as a customized sample day of eating, based on what the person likes to eat, will eat, and can eat for better health. I teach individuals and groups. I cook and make literature to give to people on nutrition, as well as showing and offering foods that are good to eat, including allergies and sensitivity to foods the person may have, to avoid. Food is a major part of life, and a major contributor to health. If we can feed ourselves good, or optimal nutrition, as we know it, we can feel better, and look better, longer.
