My training in nutrition and behavioral health has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all-plan for health and well-being. My approach is simple; your eating plan needs to match your lifestyle, food preferences, and health goals. Food touches every aspect of our lives, from body performance, to how our bodies are feeling, or to our behaviors with and around food. I work with clients and organizations on a variety of nutrition topics including eating disorders, intuitive eating, weight management, diabetes, food allergies, healthy eating, meal planning, and other nutrition topics.
