I work with my clients to optimize their risk factors and reduce their risk of suffering from a heart attack, heart disease, diabetes, and kidney disease. Such risk factors include: increased weight, increased waist circumference, obstructive sleep apnea, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, prediabetes, diabetes, kidney disease, atrial fibrillation (Afib), and family history of the aforementioned. I thoroughly evaluate all my clients for nutrition deficiencies and excesses, and create a comprehensive plan to enhance their well-being and quality of life. I create personalized programs and packages with a high success rate. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Preventive Cardiology Dietitian. I completed a vigorous clinical residency and graduated with a MS in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. I have over 10+ years of experience counseling individuals on chronic disease prevention and management. My goal is for my clients to become their own patient advocate, to understand their bodies, and to be knowledgeable about their health and medical care.
