I am a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist better known as “The Nutrition Planner”. Together we can make a positive difference in each other’s lives. My life and career are dedicated to wellness. I am here to show you how to make better choices regarding nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. We are triune – body, mind, and spirit – we cannot work on one part but not the others. Let’s strive to have more energy, look and feel better, and age more gracefully. The above is my motto and I hold a MPH degree and am past president of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with over 30 years experience working in the food and nutrition industry.
